Dylan Murray - Forest Bathing

When we talk about forest bathing in class, I find the concept very interesting. This could be seen as hiking or just exploring nature itself. Having no evidence of the society in which we know well, is such a cool concept to me. I know that studies show that forest bathing heals the person, because it helps them forget about stressful things in their lives. I think that that concept is a key part to how forest bathing truly heals a person. I have never heard of the word until I took this class, and it makes me very interested in what it is actually like to be out there. Fully away from evidence that humans existed, no trails or anything. It absolutely sounds peaceful. I think the sources on this are cool too, because the studies do show that the people who practice forest bathing have levels of reduced stress and anxiety.
